San Ramon Valley School negotiations underway, progress at the bargaining table

There are hopes to avoid a teachers strike in the East Bay were a town hall meeting was held Wednesday where parents were told progress was being made. Meanwhile at the San Ramon Valley School District board meeting, negotiations continued. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
