Businesses struggle to re-open in Sebastopol as community helps flood victims

Flood victims from Sonoma County came together Wednesday for answers and support. Some, who were in a damaged shopping complex wonder why flood gates that should have protected them didn't. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports.
