Teen killed by suspected DUI driver on Hwy 17
A 28-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter after a crash on State Route 17 in Santa Clara County early Saturday morning left a teenager dead, authorities said.
