Man douses homeless person with bucket of water from San Francisco rooftop

A video of a man dumping a bucket of water on a homeless person from a rooftop in the Mission District was shared on social media and is getting a lot of reaction from people who are calling the action inhumane and unnecessary. The incident happened at 20th and Bryant. A reward is being offered to identify the culprit caught on camera. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
