San Francisco supervisor to propose disposable coffee cup fee
San Francisco already has a 10 cent grocery bag fee,which may increase to a quarter, but now a supervisor wants to propose a 25-cent disposable cup fee at coffee shops. KTVU's Andre Senior reports some people are already bringing their disposable cups to help do their part in reducing waste and helping the environment.
