Bailing out SF businesses as they struggle during construction

San Francisco businesses say they're getting crushed by city construction projects. Now San Francisco is looking at how best to use city funds to keep those businesses afloat. KTVU's Christien Kafton reports along Van Ness Avenue where the road has been undergoing construction for three years.
