Woman attacked outside SF apartment building to move upon suspect’s release

The man, who appears on surveillance video, to attack a woman outside her apartment building in San Francisco early Sunday morning has been released, according to city officials. KTVU's Amber Lee says the woman now fears for her safety and is planning to move away from the city.
