East Palo Alto's RV park success story

An RV park in East Palo Alto that allows residents to park safely overnight is being hailed as a success. KTVU's Amber Lee reports the program started just a few months ago with the goal of transitioning people into stable housing. There are currently 16 RVs in the program.
