Santa Rosa deals with mental stress from peak fire season

Just because this week's public safety power shutoff is behind us, experts say many people in fire- prone areas see October and November as the scariest time frame. Many in the North Bay are dealing with the mental stress that comes with living in these areas during peak fire season.
