Almena expects a 2nd trial but doesn’t think he’ll be convicted

His first trial ended with a hung jury, but on Friday Derick Almena returns to court where he will learn whether the district attorney is going to retry him in connection to the deadly Ghost Ship warehouse fire. KTVU spoke with Almena at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
