Last Pacific Gas and Electric power outage cost Santa Rosa schools $450K

The last Pacific Gas and Electric public safety power shutoff cost one school system in the North Bay $450,000 they say. The school system is closed again Thursday in this new round of outages and says the utility told them they could see up to six outages a school year.
