North Bay residents on edge, fearful of Kincade Fire flare-up

A second bout of strong winds since the Kincade Fire began has tens of thousands of people on edge. Many who returned home fear they might have to evacuate again if the fire flares up. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports in Sebastopol, which is also largely without power.
