Officer-involved shooting in Livermore
Video at the scene shows CHP officers, Alameda County sheriff's deputies and a man in an ambulance on scene. It also appeared as though the man was in handcuffs in the back of the ambulance. There was another man also spotted being handcuffed walking on the highway next to an officer.
