Some released from jail on California's zero bail policy are being arrested again

Many suspected criminals who are being arrested these days are not going to jail. That's because of California's zero bail policy that was set up in response to COVID-19. KTVU's Henry Lee reports some of those suspects are being arrested repeatedly.
