Emeryville city councilman: There needs to be police accountability
Emeryville city councilman John Bauters describes the looting situation in his city. He said people should not be distracted by the thefts and vandalism. The real outrage, he said, should be that a man was killed at the hands of police. "There is a righteous anger of voices who have not been heard. And I think we're seeing a breaking point," he said. Police needs to be held accountable and that should be a matter for everyone, Bauters said.
