The mass vaccination site at Oakland's Coliseum set to open Tuesday is one of the first two federally-operated sites. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports its appointment based and prioritizes Alameda County residents. Officials say they do expect walk ups and may have extra doses at the end of the day.
