San Francisco Street Crisis Program Expanded

An alternative to police response is being expanded to San Francisco's Bayview District. The city's Street Crisis Response Team is focused on mental health crisis and substance abuse intervention. Supervisor Matt Haney talks about how the team has already been at work in his district.
