Beloved father identified by family as victim in brutal San Jose murder
A 25-year-old San Jose resident has been arrested on suspicion of homicide. Police say Sherman Smith is the primary suspect in the brutal murder of 72-year-old David Liebman. Police say the elderly man was tied up, repeatedly stabbed, then drowned in a bathtub. KTVU FOX 2's Jesse Gary reports.
