Father and son to stand trial for Kristin Smart's disappearance

Paul Flores and his father Ruben Flores will stand trial for their alleged roles in the disappearance of Kristin Smart in 1996. Paul Flores was the last person seen with Cal Poly classmate Smart and is accused of her murder. His father allegedly helped bury her body. A judge has ruled there is enough evidence for them to stand trial.
