More than a year and a half into the pandemic, "COVID burnout" is happening to more and more people. These include many who've been fine for several months but are now feeling burnt out. For others, the pain and stress of daily life is has become unbearable. KTVU's Gasia Mikaelian spoke with Dr. Margaret Cochran, a mental health expert, about ways to combat this increasingly common problem.
