SFPD office rcharged with killing man who died 3 years after shooting
San Francisco Police Officer Kenneth Cha faces manslaughter and other felony charges related to the shooting of Sean Moore in 2017. Moore died three years after the shooting. Today, San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin announced his office will prosecute Cha.
