Atmospheric river downs trees, dumps respectable amount of rain

The latest atmospheric river was not nearly as historic as the previous round that wreaked havoc on the Bay Area, but it did give us some much-needed rain as we continue to deal with drought conditions. North Bay residents had some cleaning up to do on Tuesday.
