Alameda officials warn against election fatigue
Alameda County voters are going to be casting another two ballots this year — for a special election in August and the general election in November. The top two candidates for the District 14 Congressional seat will face off in an August election, the results of which will determine who will serve the remainder of disgraced Congressman Eric Swalwell's term, while the winner of the November election will represent the district when that term is complete.
