Rain likely to return to Bay Area Tuesday

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU/BCN) -   
Tuesday will be cold and partly cloudy in the morning with rain likely in the afternoon, according to Meteorologist Steve Paulson.  

Highs will be in the upper 50s and 60s in most cities, and it will be breezy with rain likely at night. Lows will range from the lower to the mid 50s.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of rain in the morning before becoming partly cloudy. Highs will be in the upper 50s
