San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested Sunday in Ohio on initial charges of engaging in prostitution, court records show.

Jed York arrested, pleads guilty
What we know:
During a court appearance Monday morning, a judge downgraded the primary misdemeanor charge to disorderly conduct. York pleaded guilty to the amended charge, as well as an additional misdemeanor charge of possessing criminal tools.
As part of the resolution, York was ordered to serve one day in Columbiana County Jail, which has already been fulfilled, and pay roughly $1,300 in court fines.
KTVU has reached out to the San Francisco 49ers organization for comment, as well as York's attorney, but did not immediately hear back.
The arrest took place in East Palestine, Ohio.
