911 service down in Los Gatos, 1,700 affected
LOS GATOS, Calif. (KTVU) - 1,700 Los Gatos Frontier customers are without 911 service from their landline telephones on Tuesday.
Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department said the affected customers are from the Blossom Hill area although no outage map is available.
Police said they do not think cell phone service is affected. Technicians are said to be working to fix the problem, but there is no estimated time for restoration.
