Here's the Rap Sheet for Dec. 2, 2015:

MOTHER-DAUGHTER STRIKE AT TARGET: An unbelievable, wild yarn today about a mother and her alleged partner in crime - her 11-year-old daughter, according to Daly City police.

About 10 a.m. Nov. 24, officers were sent to the Target store at the Serramonte Shopping Center after loss prevention officers there caught Rosalina Medina, 34, of Oakland and her daughter shoplifting, police said. The duo were accompanied by the mother's infant daughter.

Security saw Medina and 11-year-old hiding merchandise in a shopping bag and then confronted them as they were leaving the store.

"The mother told the loss prevention officers they could not arrest her daughter because she was only 11 years old," police said.

As security tried to detain the girl, "the mother told the juvenile to fight the officers and run," police said. "The juvenile bit one of the loss prevention officers on the shoulder."

Medina fled the store with her infant daughter -- leaving the 11-year-old behind and remains at large. Alameda County Child Protective Services took custody of the 11-year old girl.

CHILD-PORN ARREST: A Thanksgiving visit to Southern California ended abruptly for a San Francisco man when he was arrested as part of a child-pornography investigation, police say.

Zachary Singh, 29 was taken into custody in Santa Barbara on Nov. 25, a day after San Francisco police served a search warrant at his home on the 1400 block of Hyde Street.

During the search, investigators with the department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit found several media devices that "contained hundreds of child pornography videos and images depicting juvenile minors engaged in sexual acts," police said.

THERE'S TRAINING EVERYTHING NOWADAYS: A man pulled over by the California Highway Patrol for speeding in Petaluma -- only to have his passenger take off and disappear -- had a bizarre story to tell about his companion -- he said he had agreed to drive him to San Francisco to "teach him how to be a successful panhandler."

It all started about 11 p.m. Tuesday when a CHP officer tried to stop a 2003 Acura MDX for traveling 85mph on southbound Highway 101 near Pepper Road in Petaluma.

The driver, Robert Sanders, 24, of Lakeport pulled over but the male passenger took off on foot.

Sanders told the officer that he had met the passenger, named "Garrett," in Ukiah and agreed to drive him to San Francisco to teach him the ways and wherefores of begging for change.

"Garrett asked Sanders to drive his car because he was high on methamphetamine and should not drive," CHP Officer Jonathan Sloat said. "Sanders agreed."

The CHP determined that the car had been stolen Nov. 24 from Salt Lake City.

Sanders was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property and driving on a suspended license.

The CHP found a jacket with a Utah driver's license near barbed wire fence between the freeway and Stony Point Road. The license belongs to Garrett Skuster, 19, of Salt Lake City, Sloat said.

Officers will be seeking a complaint accusing Skuster of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property and failure to comply with a lawful order, Sloat said.

Moral of the story? Beggars CAN be eluders.
