Henry Lee's Rap Sheet for Dec. 4, 2015

San Jose police want to identify this man, who allegedly broke into a storage room at a home and stole items in October.
(KTVU) - Here's the Rap Sheet for Dec. 4, 2015:
KNOW THIS BURGLAR?: If you know the man pictured above, San Jose police want to talk to you.
This guy broke into a storage room at a home on the 300 block of South 12th Street on Oct. 5 and stole items, police say.
He is described as Latino, in his 20s with a medium build and medium complexion, brown shaved hair and a goatee. He wore a faded red or gray buttoned hoodie with dark red wrist cuffs and dark red left chest pocket with a design in the center of the pocket, dark shorts, black socks and sneakers.
You can see surveillance video of the man here:
VINO VILLIANS: There's this gem from SFPD Richmond Station Capt. Simon Silverman, who's known for his tongue-in-cheek observations on the station's blotter.
About 4 p.m. Nov. 23, employees at the Safeway store at La Playa and Fulton streets in the Outer Richmond reported that 75 bottles of cabernet sauvignon had been stolen in recent days. Store surveillance revealed that the crooks simply carted them out in shopping carts.
All told, the loss was roughly $5,000. That's roughly $65 a bottle.
"Investigators are checking the files for suspects who’ve been arrested for stealing anything that might pair well with a nice cab," Silverman quipped in his popular newsletter.
MAIL THEFT SUSPECTS NABBED: Fairfield police say they've arrested two suspects who apparently stole mail belonging to at least two dozen people.
It all stemmed from a probation search Wednesday night at a home on the 400 block of Coot Lane in Suisun City.
The search uncovered more than 1,000 pieces of mail that didn't belong to anyone who lived there but instead had been addressed to people in Fairfield, Suisun City, Novato, Tiburon, Davis, West Sacramento, Sacramento, Stockton, Martinez and Napa.
Detectives arrested Briana Morales, 38, of Suisun City and Emilio Varela, 29, of Suisun City on suspicion of possession of stolen property, possession of counterfeit checks, possession of forged ID cards and conspiracy.
Morales was on probation for identity theft. He was also booked on a probation violation.
Speaking of mail theft: Join me and U.S. Postal Inspector Jeff Fitch at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday for "Crime Files" as we discuss how you can protect your mail from being filched.
