Contra Costa County authorities announced Saturday that they caught a serial armed robbery suspect, who's accused of terrorizing the Walnut Creek and Concord areas for the past three weeks.

Concord Police are not releasing much information, except that their Major Crimes Unit developed information that led to the arrest of the suspect and his girlfriend.

The suspect's name has not been announced yet, or how they tracked him down.

Authorities did release 2 images from convenience store surveillance video of the suspect, who investigators say robbed 8 businesses in Walnut Creek and Concord since January 15.

In a news release, authorities said the suspect walked into a store and said, "Give me all the money and I won't hurt you."

He has robbed a pool supply store, 3 Subway restaurants, a swim shop, a hot dog dine, a cleaning store, and a Baskin-Robbins, according
