Marin firefighters deliver hundreds of bikes to North Bay fire victims

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KTVU) - Marin firefighters were busy Saturday delivering hundreds of bicycles to fire victims in the North Bay.

The bikes were donated by people across the bay area over the last three weeks and handed out in Santa Rosa Saturday morning.

At the start of the donations, they had 540 bikes, but they are still accepting offerings.

Firefighters hope to collect a total of one-thousand bikes to distribute to families who lost their homes in the fires.
