Pedestrian hit by historic trolley car on Market Street
SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - A pedestrian was struck by an historic trolley car on Market Street Thursday night.
Police say the male tried to dart across street near the Warfield Theatre around around 10:09 p.m., but didn't make it,
The male was hit by a Muni trolley car leaving the downtown area, headed toward the Castro.
He was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
At this point, additional details have not been released.
