Pleasant Hill Police looking for missing 17-year-old
PLEASENT HILL, Calif., - Pleasant Hill police said at 8 p.m. Sunday that 17-year-old Angel Ruiz, who was reported missing at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, was returned to his family.
Angel has type 1 diabetes and requires insulin daily.
