Postal service big-rig overturns on 101 in Millbrae

MILLBRAE (KTVU) -- Motorists on Highway 101 in Millbrae near the San Francisco airport should expect delays after a US Postal Service truck overturned on the highway, a crash that  blocked an off-ramp and scattered letters and packages on the freeway.

Rescue workers said the exit would be closed while crews worked to clean up fuel that leaked from the truck.

It did not appear that the accident was heavily impacting traffic, which seemed lighter than usual because of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Authorities said the accident was under investigation. No other vehicles were involved.
