Raiders owner takes next step in plan to move Raiders to Vegas
Raiders owner Mark Davis took the next step in his effort to move the team out of Oakland and into Las Vegas.
Davis made his presentation Wednesday morning to his fellow NFLexecutives at a league meeting in Houston.
The presentation is designed to the be the groundwork for a relocation vote next year.
The Nevada State Legislature last week, approved a bill raising taxes on hotel rooms to fund construction of the $1.9 billion stadium.
Davis has not yet commented on his presentation.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says the owners questioned Davis about his plan to move.
NFL rules say 24 of the 32 owners must approve any franchise move.
