Rare sighting of humpback whales near Golden Gate Bridge

More humpback whales showed up in the Bay on Thursday.

Late Thursday afternoon SkyFox was over the Golden Gate Bridge where two humpback whales were swimming just inside the entrance of the Bay.

They even had a couple of close calls with some kite surfers.

Experts say it's rare for humpbacks to swim into the Bay.

They think they might be swimming into shallower waters to feed on anchovies.
