SFPD seek help searching for 'at risk' 80-year-old

Police in San Francisco are asking for the public's help finding an at-risk 80-year-old man who was last seen leaving a hospital in the Richmond District this afternoon.

Orlando Fernandez hasn't been seen since leaving a Kaiser facility at 2425 Geary Boulevard around 3:10 p.m. He's known to frequent Pier 39 and the Ingleside district, according to police.

Fernandez is described as a Hispanic man with brown eyes and gray hair. He's roughly 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds.

Fernandez was last seen wearing black pants, a black and white checkered jacket, and black shoes. Police said he may also be carrying a small black tote bag.
