Shark! Sonoma County sheriff spots great white off coast
BODEGA BAY, Calif. (KTVU) - The Sonoma County Sheriff canceled a water-training session on Tuesday after they spotted large great white shark spotted off the coast.
A crew in a helicopter shot video of the shark about 3 p.m. at the mouth of the Estero Americano near
Doran Regional Park in Bodega Bay.
The sheriff posted on Facebook that the crew had been in the same waters the day before.
They estimate that great white shark was 13 to 15 feet long.
