Show of support for North Bay vice principal after racist graffiti
LARKSPUR, Calif. (KTVU) - In the North Bay students at Redwood High school in Larkpsur are reacting after racist graffiti targeting their assistant principal was discovered on campus.
The graffiti was on what's known as the spirit ball at the school's athletic field.
It's been cleaned off and students now have put the word "love" there.
The assistant principal says students have been giving her flowers and cards, as well as sending support through texts, emails and Facebook posts.
The graffiti is being investigated as a hate crime.
