Small earthquake rattles the East Bay
CONCORD, Calif. - A magnitude 3.1 earthquake struck the East Bay Thursday evening around 4:48 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake was centered in Concord, about three miles from Pleasant Hill.
