Bay Area delegation discusses homelessness in trip to Texas

More than 60 Bay Area leaders returned from a two-day trip to Texas where they toured homeless shelters in the state, and met with city officials and non-profit leaders in San Antonio and Austin. The trip was led by the Bay Area Council and Oakland-based Beyond Homeless, with the mission to discuss and collaborate tactics on combating homelessness.
