Hurricane Hilary off the Baja coast

Hurricane Hilary, a category 4 storm is approaching the coast of Baja with Cabo San Lucas in its sights. KTVU Meteorologist Roberta Gonzales as it hits the San Diego area it is expected to downsize significantly.

Partly cloudy, cooler temps

Friday will bring partly sunny skies, cooler temperatures, and a slight chance of evening showers. An unsettled pattern is headed to the Bay Area early next week with chances for rain and isolated thunderstorms.

Hot today, but temps drop tomorrow

Temperatures will be around 100 degrees in the hottest part of the Bay Area Wednesday before dropping on Thursday. There is a chance of the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe areas getting significant amounts of rain early next week due to the remnants of a hurricane.
