Between new academic schedules, dating relationships and social activities, going off to college for the first time can be stressful. These factors can lead to anxiety and depression among college-aged students, and they can even trigger eating disorders, which have become more prevalent on campuses nationwide. Dr. Jackie Shiels, a clinical psychologist at Kaiser Permanente East Bay, joined us on 'The Nine' to discuss the warning signs and the help that's available for those who are suffering.
