3.1 magnitude earthquake strikes near Gilroy

GILROY, Calif. - A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck near Gilroy, Wednesday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake hit around 9:08 a.m. with the epicenter about 5 miles from Gilroy.
