Gilroy park reopens after deadly Garlic Festival shooting

The city and people of Gilroy marked an emotional milestone late Tuesday morning. After more than a month, Christmas Hill Park, the site of the Garlic Festival mass shooting, is now reopened. KTVU's Jesse Gary reports the ceremony was brief, but important for the community in order to heal.

FBI opens domestic terrorism investigation into Gilroy attack

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has now classified the Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting as a domestic terrorism investigation, saying the gunman was "exploring violent ideologies" and had a specific list of targets. KTVU's Maureen Naylor reports the motive is still unclear.
