Dungeness crab season delayed again in California

The state is delaying the start of the commercial Dungeness crab season again.

Fish and wildlife officials say that's because whales are continuing their migration and could become tangled in fishing equipment.

So commercial fishermen cannot set their crab pots until the middle of December.

But the delay could be extended if the whales are still in the fishing zone.
