Man killed after Tesla driver plows into multiple cars in San Francisco ID'd

At least one person has died after a car crash involving seven vehicles collided in San Francisco Sunday evening. One of the cars was a Waymo, an autonomous driving vehicle.

The driver of the Tesla, Jia Lin Zheng, 66, was booked in the San Francisco County Jail Monday morning on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, vandalism and speeding, jail records show. Zheng declined a jailhouse interview Monday.

Seven other people were injured in the pileup and a dog was killed, firefighters said.
