Here's KTVU crime reporter Henry Lee's Rap Sheet blog for Sept. 27, 2016:

TRIO HELD IN DALY CITY BANK HOLDUP: Three Solano County men have been arrested and charged in connection with a takeover bank robbery in Daly City.

Leroy Wilson, 49; Gabriel Mosby, 57, and Daniel Velazquez-Cordero, 42, have been implicated in the Sept. 15 holdup of the First National Bank on Mission Street, authorities said.

Authorities say Velazquez-Cordero and a second man who has yet to be identified walked into the bank at about 12:20 p.m. while wearing masks, investigators said. The two were armed with a semiautomatic handgun.

The two stole $11,195 from teller drawers and $500 in cash and credit cards from a customer's purse, authorities said.

They jumped into a gold Cadillac registered to Wilson, police said.

Authorities said Mosby had cased the bank 25 minutes before the holdup.

Wilson was caught three days after the robbery after his girlfriend used the stolen credit cards, authorities said. Wilson was arrested with stolen bank money in his pocket and while in possession of a .22-caliber handgun and methamphetamine and heroin for sale, investigators said.

Mosby is being held in lieu of $650,000 bail. Velazquez-Cordero's bail was set at $250,000. Wilson has posted bail.

MAN HELD IN CHILD MOLESTATION: Also in Daly City, a man has been arrested and charged with numerous counts of child molestation involving several victims.

Jason Daniel Sanchez Lokerson, 29, was arrested Friday for allegedly assaulting three girls.

San Mateo County prosecutors said the victims are his wife's teen daughters, who are not his biological children, and a friend of theirs, authorities said.

The investigation began in June when a 13-year-old girl came for a sleepover at the home Lokerson shares with his wife and her daughters, authorities said.

Lokerson allegedly gave the girl alcohol, causing her to pass out. He was then caught by one of his wife's daughters trying to have sex with the passed-out girl, investigators said. That girl told her parents, which prompted an investigation by school officials and Daly City police.

An investigation revealed that Lokerson had been engaged in sexual conduct with his wife's daughters for a "lengthy period of time," authorities said.

Lokerson is being held at San Mateo County Jail in lieu of $9 million bail.

KNOW THIS GUY? San Jose police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man caught on video breaking into a home.

The burglary happened about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 24 at a home on the 1000 block of Windsor Street.

The man is seen in the video at the front door of the home, checking to see if anyone is inside. He then goes to the backyard while speaking on a cell phone, "as if in communication with another unseen suspect," police said.

The man then goes into the home through a window and rummages through the residence before leaving through a rear-sliding glass door with a jewelry box.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Mike Montonye at (408) 277-4401.

PLEASANTON POLICE 'EXCHANGE ZONE' Pleasanton police announced today that they have created an "exchange zone" at the Police Department to allow people to safely buy and sell goods from strangers.

Taking a page from the Pittsburg police playbook, Pleasanton officers say they, too, have created a safe zone in the parking lot of the department at 4833 Bernal Ave.

The zone is in a well-lighted designated parking area that is under 24-hour video surveillance but is not monitored. Officers won't be present during the transactions.

People who want to buy or sell things but are uncomfortable doing so at their homes -- or the other party's home or unfamiliar are welcome to use the exchange zone, which are designed to give people peace of mind.

There haven't been any high-profile, "Craigslist" robberies in Pleasanton lately, but elsewhere in the Bay Area, victims have been lured by Craigslist ads and held up. Police call these "robberies by appointment."

Pittsburg police unveiled a similar "Exchange Zone" earlier this year.
