Victim killed in Oakland along Embarcadero

OAKLAND, Calif. - A victim was shot and killed early Thursday morning in Oakland, police said.

The shooting was reported just before 5 a.m. in the 100 block of Embarcadero at Jack London Square, near Oak Street.

No other information was released.
