Several humanitarian groups are helping Syrian refugees and are seeking donations.

Earlier today the United Nations approved a resolution to deploy UN monitors to the city of Aleppo in order to prevent a humanitarian nightmare. This comes as evacuations resume so that thousands of rebels and civilians can escape the war-torn Syrian city following at least one major attack on one of the evacuation buses.

The buses are rolling again in Aleppo— tens of thousands of civilians, along with a handful of remaining rebels— evacuated Monday from the last pocket of land they still control in a city which was once a rebel stronghold.

Among the evacuees are hundreds of unaccompanied children are badly in need of medical attention.

You can help with aid efforts by contributing to the following:

Hand in Hand For Syria provides food and medical aid to some of the most difficult to reach places in the country.

Save The Children works to provide children and their families with warm clothes, shelter, protection and emergency care.

The White Helmets hero fund is a group of volunteers who carry out rescue missions after government airstrikes.
