President Donald Trump is vowing to ask the Supreme Court to weigh in on the inconclusive election.

The Democrat, who represents parts of the Bronx and Queens, defeated Republican John Cummings, a teacher and former police officer. 

Election Day is only one point in the process of the Electoral College, which decides who wins a U.S. presidential race.
